Bedrooms

Upstairs there are two Double bedrooms, one with double bed, and the other with twin beds.  There is a third Bedroom with twin beds, which is accessed from the dining room via a separate door and stairs.

Heating

All the rooms have electric night storage heaters, to keep you warm, in case the weather turns cold.

The Dining Room

Has a window looking out onto the garden, so you can watch the birds in the morning while you are having breakfast.

                   
   

The Lounge

Has a television and DVD, so you can watch your favourite programs, after a day visiting the many attractions around the Suffolk countryside.  The cosy sitting room is ideal for Mum and Dad, who want to read a book, while the children can watch television or a film in the lounge.   

Kitchen

Has the back door opening out into the totally enclosed cottage garden. The bathroom with shower and WC is on the ground floor, next to which is a lobby with a washing machine.

 

                   
   

The Garden

From the Kitchen door you go into the totally enclosed cottage garden, which is safe for children to play in, as it is enclosed by wooden fences and hedges.  There is a set of cedar wood table and chairs with a parasol, so you can eat outdoors and enjoy the flowers and shrubs of the garden.
